Kristina P-Goncu

Kristina P-Goncu assists clients with a variety of intellectual property, privacy, and cybersecurity regulation compliance issues both nationally and internationally.

Kristina focuses her practice on a range of IP, privacy and cyber compliance matters for the firm’s advanced media, museum, and start-up clients.  She received her J.D. in 2020 from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law as a Howard M. Squadron Fellow with a concentration in intellectual property and privacy law. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Kristina gained legal experience at esteemed New York organizations including Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, the Author’s Guild, and the flagship PBS station, WNET. Her work in transactional law is further informed by her professional experience in the independent film industry.  Before becoming an attorney, she worked on both the development and production side of independent films with a focus on international co-productions. She is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.

Kristina is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and conversational in French.
