Rakhil Kalantarova
Rakhil Kalantarova assists clients with a variety of corporate, intellectual property, and privacy issues, both nationally and internationally.
Rakhil received her B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law from Binghamton University in 2017. She received her J.D. in 2020 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she worked as an intern in Cardozo’s Indie Film Clinic and represented clients, pro bono, on a range of issues critical to film production. Some matters included drafting and negotiating corporate governance documents, talent agreements, releases, and fair use opinions. She brings a specialized focus in regulatory compliance to Bensnoy Law, P.C., which she joined in February 2021. She is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
Rakhil is proficient in Russian and conversational in Spanish.
